James is an experienced safety trainer who brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in operating and working around heavy equipment. For the past 10 years, he has specialized in safety training, leveraging his extensive field knowledge to deliver practical, results-driven instruction. His ability to connect real-world application with safety standards has made him a trusted and effective leader in promoting safe work practices across diverse teams and environments. James is qualified to teach MEWP, forklift and earthmoving equipment operator training. 

Throughout his career, James has demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. In addition to his professional accomplishments, James is an avid UNC Tarheels fan and Kyle Larson fan in racing. James is deeply committed to his family. He has been married to his wife for over 20 years, and together they have raised two sons.
