Estella started her career in the rental industry as a dispatcher in 2014 and in 2015 moved to an inside sales position.  She joined Sunbelt Rentals in 2021 and served in various positions including Sr. Equipment Rental Specialist, Dispatcher and Outside Sales Rep.  While she enjoyed building customer relationships, her true passion, and where she felt she provided the most value, was keeping people safe. Stella started teaching operator certification courses in 2025 after seeing firsthand how proper training can change one’s behavior on a job site. She became a full-time safety trainer in 2026 with a focus on helping companies prevent injuries, ensure compliance, and build a safety culture. 

Stella is qualified to teach MEWP (boom & scissor), industrial warehouse, and rough terrain forklift operator certification courses in both English and Spanish. Her mission is to move beyond simple compliance to building a culture of safety where every operator feels confident, and every contractor stays protected. Her approach focuses on measurable outcomes and utilizes assessments to ensure all trainees possess the practical skills necessary for safe equipment operation. 

In her free time, Stella enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and fur babies. She finds joy in designing and crafting with her Cricut, traveling with her family to the Texas coast, hiking, and taking in the scenic views of the Texas Hill Country.
